Join CARP and Soft Pine Wellness for a guided paddle of the Annapolis River!

Levi from CARP will lead a guided paddle, sharing fascinating insights about the local ecosystem, wildlife, and natural environment along the way.

Wil from Soft Pines will guide participants through restorative mindfulness practices, helping you relax, be present, and fully immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.

Whether you're looking to learn more about the environment, enjoy a peaceful paddle, or simply take some time to recharge, this experience is for you.

Join mindfulness facilitator Will Brunner and local author Cathey LeBlanc as you walk through nature! Participants will receive a copy of Mi’kmaw Moons. A picnic lunch will be provided.

A fun, high-energy fitness class that combines dance and cardio to get you moving, sweating, and smiling.

A low-impact strength and stability class focused on improving core muscles, balance, posture, and overall functional movement.

Price: $50 for an 8 pass punch-card (can also be used for Titan Training)
