New homeowners are required to complete and return a water service contract; failure to do so may result in the disconnection of water service.

If you require your water to be temporarily disconnected for service, please phone (902) 825-4841 ext. 101. There is a $50 service charge that will be reflected on your next water bill.
Suspension of Water Service
The Utility may suspend service to customers whose bills remain unpaid for more than forty-five calendar days after the date rendered. When water service has been suspended, service will not be re-established until all arrears plus a reconnection charge of $50.00 have been paid to the Utility.
