Public Hearing

The Town of Middleton will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 19 at 5:30 p.m. at the Middleton Fire Hall (49 Church Street).
The Public Hearing will address the following:
• 18 King Street – An application to amend the land use designation of the property and permit the expansion of an existing dealership parking lot onto 18 King Street through a Development Agreement.
• Magee Drive – Proposed amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and Land Use By-law (LUB) to clarify that grouped dwellings may be considered by Development Agreement within the Residential designation.
This hearing provides an opportunity for residents and other interested parties to present comments to Council regarding the proposed amendments and draft Development Agreement.
If you are unable to attend in person, written submissions may be provided in advance of the hearing.
