Public Works has successfully repaired the water main break, and water service has now been restored.

Residents in the affected area may notice temporary discolouration or cloudy water as service returns. If this occurs, simply run your cold water taps for several minutes until the water runs clear.

Please be advised that there is a water main break on Main Street between King Street and Maple Avenue. 

While Public Works crews complete the necessary emergency repairs, Main Street between King Street and Maple Avenue will be reduced to one lane. Motorists should expect traffic delays and are encouraged to use caution when travelling through the area.

Residents in the affected area will experience a temporary water service disruption. Once repairs have been completed and water service is restored, some residents may notice temporary water discolouration. If this occurs, simply run your cold water tap for several minutes until the water runs clear.
