All distances will start and finish at Rotary Park in Middleton, with refreshments available before and after the run.
Please note that start times may be adjusted, including earlier starts, depending on heat or weather conditions to ensure participant safety. Participants will be notified in advance whenever possible.

We’re going cup-free! Disposable cups will not be provided on course. Instead, each participant will receive a free HydraPak Cup in their race kit to use during the event.
HydraPak is also offering all participants a discount code for their running products. A link to their store and your discount code will be provided after registration. The code is valid until the end of 2026. #HydraPak #SustainableRace
As of 4:00 PM on July 11, shirt sizes are not guaranteed. Registrations received after this time will receive shirts on a first come, first served basis. If your requested size is unavailable, an alternative swag item will be provided.

Our Learn to Paddle event is a great opportunity for anyone new to kayaking or canoeing, or those looking to build their confidence on the water. Similar to our guided paddles where we guide participants out onto the river, while also receiving a brief introduction on paddling basics, safety, and helpful tips before heading out. The Community Yard Sale is a great opportunity for community members to come together to browse, shop, and connect with their neighbours. There is no cost to participate, and no registration is required if you bring your own table and display. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, displays, and any supplies needed for their setup. If you need a table, we have a limited number available to rent for $15 each. Tables will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. At the end of the event, vendors are responsible for removing all of their tables, displays, unsold items, garbage, and recycling. The Town will not be responsible for the disposal of garbage or unsold goods. Please help us keep Rotary Park clean by leaving your space in the same condition you found it.
